Attorney Heather L. Turner brings over fourteen years of experience, compassion, and community commitment to her practice at the Law Office of Heather L. Turner, LLC. She founded her firm to help families find confidence and peace of mind through thoughtful estate planning. Drawing on her background as both an attorney and a former teacher, Heather is known for her approachable, educational style—making complex legal topics clear and accessible for every client she serves.

Estate planning and elder care decisions can be overwhelming, but Heather’s calm, detail-oriented approach helps clients feel guided, not pressured. Whether drafting a will, creating a trust, or navigating the intricacies of Medicaid qualification, she listens closely to each family’s story and designs legal strategies that protect their loved ones and reflect their values.
Before establishing her own firm, Heather worked as a litigation attorney in both plaintiff and defense law, managing hundreds of active cases each month. She earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law and a Master’s in Education from Drexel University, blending legal insight with an educator’s heart. Today, she focuses her practice on estate planning, estate administration, and elder law, serving clients throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, including Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, Bucks, Lehigh, and Philadelphia counties.
Deeply involved in her community, Heather provides volunteer estate planning services to senior centers including PALM Senior Center in Ardmore and New Horizons Senior Center in Narberth. Heather also serves as member of the New Horizons Board of Directors, helping seniors in her community stay active and healthy. She also shares her knowledge through public speaking at seminars, parenting groups, and professional workshops. Outside the office, Heather supports causes ranging from family welfare to animal rescue and cancer research.
Heather lives in Penn Valley, Pennsylvania, with her husband, sons, and their family dog. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys reading, traveling, exercising and spending time with her family.
